Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! If you're not happy with your item, you can return it for a full refund. Please see below for details on the return policy.

RETURNS
Please reach out to me at weirdlizardart@gmail.com if there is a problem with your order, and you'd like to return it for any reason. If your item arrives damaged, I'd be happy to fix or replace it free of charge, and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Only artwork (paintings & necklaces) are eligible for return. Print on demand items (clothing & home items) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Please make sure you check the sizing before purchasing.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

All items returned must be undamaged/in the condition received. If the item is not packaged appropriately, and it arrives damaged, a refund will be denied.

REFUNDS
Once I receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email once the refund has been issued. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company.
